In case you are unable to locate your order confirmation, kindly check your spam folder. Generally, the confirmation email is sent within 10 minutes of placing the order. If you have already received the order confirmation but not the shipping confirmation, there's a high probability that the order has not been shipped yet, It may also have been shipped during the day but the tracking and shipping confirmation will be sent to you later in the afternoon.

If you purchased a shipping option to get tracking services for your order, you can stay up-to-date on your shipment's progress. You can easily track your parcel by clicking on the link provided when your products are shipped.

Please Note: During high holiday seasons, shipping times may be affected. While we diligently work to ensure that all packages arrive on time, there can occasionally be delays due to carrier tracking updates or external factors beyond our control. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our products.
We will happily honor any valid warranty claims. If your purchase break at any time from regular usage, submit an email with a picture of the broken item and we will provide a replacement or refund in store credit.
However, we can't refund warranty claims in cash. We refund broken jewelry but not jewelry that is subjected to wear and tear.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) a refund in-store credit

(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

• A detailed photograph highlighting the defective area. Ideally, the image should be taken on a flat surface with both the tag and defect in clear view. This helps us improve and rectify any recurrent issues.

Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

payment gateway. Ensure that your billing address and zip code match the details associated with your credit card. If discrepancies persist, especially with Visa Debit or Discover cards, consider using Shopify Pay or Google Pay.

For customers in the United States, remember our store is hosted with Shopify in Canada, which means transactions are international. Should you face declines, please authorize international transactions with your bank.
